We completed a comprehensive review of the organizational structure and staffing of the Rumsey Band's Administrative Office, including budgeting, accounting, human resource, facilities, and Tribal Council support services. Additionally, we examined needs to establish a Health and Wellness Program for tribal members, and provided assistance in recruiting and selecting a Public Health Nurse to develop and implement the program.

We completed a comprehensive review of the United Auburn Indian Community's Health and Wellness Program. Results of the assessment showed a need to diversify the approaches used to provide treatment services to the Tribe's members.

We assessed the accounting requirements for a newly developing business, developed an accounting system appropriate to meet foreseeable needs, and selected a software package most appropriate for the firm. Subsequent responsibilities included accounting system training and implementation assistance and review of business performance.

We performed survey research for California's largest real estate license preparatory and continuing education school. Results of the survey provided information to the California State Legislature for evaluating the Department of Real Estate's Continuing Education Program for Real Estate Licensees. The research involved development and application of a major mail survey. A random sample was drawn from a population of approximately 300,000 licensees to provide a basis for statistically valid inferences. Analysis of the survey responses included utilization of a complex correlation response matrix.

We provided project planning information for a major construction project in Northern California. Information developed included projected dwelling units; project population; residential, commercial, and industrial square footage; construction market values; construction and indigenous employment, county revenue allocations and financing of services and amenities.
