We conducted a review and analysis of maintenance operations and costs. Responsibilities included development and installation of a Maintenance Work Order, Work Request, and Scheduling system for a centralized maintenance department responsible for plant-wide facilities and equipment maintenance. Facilities and equipment included seven plants over a one-square mile area and over fifty vehicles.

We assisted this product research and development firm in the development of a business plan. Specific responsibilities included defining the firm's business, goals, and objectives; evaluating the marketplace, returns, and risks associated with each of the company's products; assessing alternative marketing, operating, and financial strategies and approaches; determining staffing requirements and organizational structure; and preparing pro forma financial statements for five years of operations.

We assessed Rexnord's maintenance operations and costs. Responsibilities included development and installation of a Maintenance Work Request and Scheduling system for maintenance of over five-hundred pieces of equipment plant-wide.
